Risk Management: What are you Willing to Lose in Your Business?

This workshop presents a description of the risk landscape that all businesses face. It helps business owners understand how comparable organizations define, implement, and oversee risk management while controlling financial and operational impact.

You will learn:

When to use each of the three options for addressing risk; mitigation, assignment, or acceptance
The differences between building for resiliency, business continuity, and recovery from a disaster
The benefits and implications of proactive vs. reactive planning
How to establish a practical framework for risk management that covers security, resiliency, and recoverability

This workshop is intended for business owners, risk managers, and anyone concerned about their organization’s ability to survive natural or man-made disasters commonly seen in business.
