This workshop presents a description of the risk landscape that all businesses face. It helps business owners understand how comparable organizations define, implement, and oversee risk management while controlling financial and operational impact.

- When to use each of the three options for addressing risk; mitigation, assignment, or acceptance
- The differences between building for resiliency, business continuity, and recovery from a disaster
- The benefits and implications of proactive vs. reactive planning
- How to establish a practical framework for risk management that covers security, resiliency, and recoverability
