Implementing a Small Business Growth Strategy: Interactive Panel Discussion

Are You Ready to Implement a Growth Strategy for Your Stable Business?

SCORE Boston is inviting you to join a panel of SCORE Counselors to discuss how to grow your business and take it to the next level. We are inviting small business entrepreneurs who have been in business for less than five years with an annual revenue from $250,000 to $2 million to join a group of SCORE counselors who have expertise in sales, marketing, finance, management, funding, and more.

We will discuss the challenges you are facing that may be preventing your business from growing.  Is your marketing strategy reaching your intended customer? Is your pricing strategy right for you?  Are your employees keeping your business from growing? How does your company look compared to your business plan?

We also want to hear the questions you may have. Once you have registered, we encourage you to email any questions/topics that you would like to be addressed. The format will be open so you will be able to ask questions during the panel discussion and learn from each other.

Email your topic ideas to gloria.spence@scorevolunteer.org
